UFC superstar Conor McGregor has finally met up with the man who hopes to play ‘Notorious’ when they inevitably turn his life into a film.
Oscar-winner Jared Leto bumped into the former dual-weight UFC champion and the two men appeared to immediately strike up a friendship.
“Talkin plots with Jared Leto and not movie ones,” McGregor posted on Instagram alongside several pictures of him and the Hollywood actor.
The meeting comes three months after the Dallas Buyers Club actor expressed an interest in playing McGregor or UFC President Dana White on the silver screen.
“If we do the UFC movie, if I was younger, I’d play Conor McGregor. I got the beard,” Leto said in March.
“What Conor does and what these guys and gals do is just extraordinary.
“I’m too old to do Conor probably, but you never know. We could maybe use some CGI.”
McGregor certainly seemed keen on the idea and offered the 50-year-old movie star the chance to train with him upon hearing the news.
